Revel Weddings + Events’ roots date back to 2016 when my wife, Michelle, and I started an event rental company at the suggestion of a local florist (the islands were in desperate need of reliable—and beautiful—rental offerings at the time). What began as event rentals, though, quickly evolved into something more: we soon found we were guiding and supporting couples in ways that went far beyond lounge areas and bar setups. So, in 2017, I began offering planning services to our rental couples and, after my first few weddings, fell in love with the wedding planning world. I couldn’t get enough of helping couples plan such a special day in their lives. It was clear I’d found my calling (and I couldn’t pick up the phone fast enough).
Today, I operate on one belief above all: that planning an island wedding should be enjoyable. From strong relationships with local vendors to an in-depth understanding of what makes each island unique—my experience is extensive, but my goal is pretty darn simple: to ensure your planning experience is effortless and the celebration itself is exactly what you’ve dreamed of.
