My approach to producing incredible San Juan Island weddings is centered on a single belief: your wedding weekend should be all about sharing the beauty of the islands with your guests, rather than working and worrying. From full service wedding planning to wedding management, I offer an array of services designed for those seeking on-the-ground guidance and expert support as they plan an unforgettable celebration.
Full Planning + Design
Here’s the thing. You are NOT expected to be an expert wedding planner. You already did the hard part…you found the person you want to spend the rest of your life with.
This is a great time to call someone who IS an expert in wedding planning (me, preferably, but that’s not required).
My Full Planning + Design package is for busy professionals who simply don’t have the 5-6 hours per week it can take to plan a wedding. Or for the newly engaged couple who has a vision for “THE BEST WEDDING EVER!!” but doesn’t know how to make it come alive from the pictures on their Pinterest board.
The Full Planning + Design package easily has the most value of any of my packages, including (but not limited to):
· Scheduled monthly meetings to discuss what I’ve been working on, what decisions I need from you, and what lies ahead
· Custom wedding planning software that will house all planning tasks + documents
· Management of all vendor communication including research/obtaining quotes, contract negotiations, meeting scheduling, day-to-day communication, and final logistics for the wedding weekend timeline
Partial Planning
The Partial Planning package is great for my couples who want initial guidance, vendor recommendations, and access to elite planning tools, but want to handle vendor relationships and communication until closer to the wedding. This package can fall anywhere in between full planning and wedding management, depending on the level of assistance you need.
Hate managing money? Great, I’ll take over your budget. Don’t know what questions to ask your potential caterers? Perfect, I’ll set up the first meeting together so I can walk you through the process. Not sure how many wine glasses to rent? Hey, that just so happens to be one of my specialties!

Wedding Management
(aka Day-of Coordination)
It turns out you were born to plan your wedding. You and your partner have planned the perfect celebration of your relationship and you’ve gathered a dream team of vendors. All the more reason you should be able to relax and enjoy your wedding day.
My Wedding Management package begins sixty days prior to your wedding day. I will gather all the necessary information to put together an extremely detailed wedding timeline and perform all of your final vendor confirmations. The number one thing I hear from couples during our first timeline review call is, “We never even thought about that!” It is my job to think about and know all the little wedding “gotchas” that most people aren’t aware of.
Finally, and most importantly, I will be onsite the day of your wedding to ensure everything is running smoothly and according to plan (or if it’s not, I’ll make sure to come up with creative solutions without you being any the wiser!)
